ITSMF Forum

itSMF is the only entirely independent forum recognised by the IT services management industry. This not-for-profit association plays a key role in developing and promoting a code of best practice for the management of IT services.

Today, companies are increasingly dependent on technology to promote and distribute their products in the marketplace. It is therefore essential for them to adopt standards allowing the associated IT processes to be properly managed.

The aim of itSMF is to organise a network of experts in IT services management, provide a full range of information, and organise seminars and conferences to help companies resolve the issues they confront. The overall aim of the forum's activities to ensure high quality services by means of codes of best practice.

Over 1000 companies, large corporations and public companies around the world belong to itSMF. Osiatis is currently one of the companies responsible for the activities of this forum in Spain and France (Claude Durand, the Development Director of Osiatis France is the treasurer of the association in France).
